We Are The Sprocket Holes vol. 557

stand-out viewing for the semi-automatic swiss cheese toddler puppet show that was May.

(April)

Z CHANNEL: A MAGNIFICENT OBSESSION (2004, dir. Xan Cassavetes)

really cool artifact from the glory days of IFC.

X (2022, dir. Ti West)

the right mix of "another" and "not just another."

WYRMWOOD: APOCALYPSE (2021, dir. Kiah Roach-Turner)

does so much on what is probably less than a fifth of the budget of the latest Resident Evil gimmick.

this felt less like a RR film and more like a RR send-up of the Black Keys RR send-up.

another one to add to the chamber whenever some washed-up out of touch smarmy contrarian fence-riding boomer assbag lectures you about how the porn from their day wasn't "weird, mean, and rapey". while they were micro-milking their pork digit in the woods to crumbled bra ads, those with taste knew where the true power lay.

GHOSTBUSTERS AFTERBIRTH (2021, dir a paternal-methane huffing trust fund dildo)

this shit is so bad made Oliva Wilde get hit with contact ugliness.

eh. its called "the MULTIVERSE of MADNESS", but they only really hang in like 2 or 3 different universes, and they aren't really that mad, either. eh.

title is an understatement.

my own private everything everywhere all at once.
