A teenager was arrested at a Dunkin' Donuts in Hanover after masturbating and screaming inside the restaurant, authorities say. Several officers were needed to secure Mccarty's hands and place him in handcuffs. The teen reportedly spit in one of the officer's eyes and possibly exposed him to blood from a prior wound. Mccarty then took the broken IV pole from his pants, and wielded it as if it were a sword, charging officers before an officer was able to tase him.
